Public Lecture by Mr. Carlo D'Amario CEO at Vivienne Westwood Ltd

Mr. Carlo D’Amario CEO of Vivienne Westwood and Mr. Simone Cipriani Chief Technical Advisor, Ethical Fashion Initiative visited the Department of Art and Design on Monday 15th April 2024. They held a Public Lecture on pertinent matters around Sustainability and Ethical Fashion, which in essence is the future of the Fashion Industry. The luxury fashion industry in particular is evolving towards a more sustainable and inclusive approach, focusing on balancing business goals with social and environmental responsibilities. The lecture was attended by participants from the fashion industry, as well as staff and students from fashion institutions.
