ONLINE LEARNING AND EXAMINATION

Virtual learning platforms have been adopted to smoothly replace physical learning by the School of Art and Design to facilitate learning that had been disrupted by Covid 19 pandemic.

The University like every aspect of our daily lives was not spared from the effects of the Corona virus disruption thereby having to temporarily suspend learning which is its core mandate. It has however demonstrated big strides in the fight against Corona virus through research and just literally trying to provide credible information on how to live with Covid 19.

The University's commitment to scholarly excellence resolved to adopt virtual learning platforms to smoothly replace physical learning in partnership with Telkom Internet Service provider which then restored learning at the institution.

In the same strides, the School of Art and Design adopted and migrated to platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Blackboard and E learning  where classes are conducted following scheduled timetables.  Both students and staff were facilitated by UoN Soma na Telkom Data bundles for internet connectivity.

The students have been facilitated and prepared to undertake online exams in accordance to all examination regulation.
